Former Flying Eagles player slumps & dies in front of his Lagos Home

Ex-Flying Eagles and Stationery Stores defender, Ebitimi Collins has died aged 54. He slumped and died on Wednesday near his Lagos home.

According to a close family friend, He slumped and died in the early hours of the morning.

“Collins slumped and died around 5.30am on Wednesday. He had slept out but was coming home to pick up his hospital card because he had an appointment with his doctor, when he slumped a few metres to his house,” Olabisi Olawepo, a close family friend said.

He was on his way to a doctor’s appointment when the incident occurred.
