
The opposition Peoples Democratic Part(PDP) has expressed its disapproval of the recent actions taken by the president on the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal and former Director-general of the National Intelligence Agency.
Lawal was accused of embezzling contract funds to provide services for displaced people in the North while Oke is complicit in the circumstances surrounding dirty money found in an Ikoyi apartment.
In a statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Prince Dayo Adeyeye, the PDP condemned the manner the allegations of sleaze against the two government officials was handled by the President Buhari- led government.
The party also berated the APC administration for an allege bias in the fight against corruption, saying thus far, the opposition has been singled out for ” harrowing experiences.”
