
Information available to Today’s Echo indicates that the APC is recording massive wins in the governorship election rerun in four local governments in Osun States.
As we await official announcement by INEC, the PDP has rejected the results of the election, while its governorship candidate, Ademola Adeleke has called it a ‘coup’, citing large scale irregularities and brutality by law enforcement agents
The Local governments where election is taking place are:
Orolu
Oshogbo
Ife North
Ife South.
In Orolu Local government, the APC has won the rerun election in two out of the three units were it held.
In Ward 8 unit 1, the ruling party polled a total of 111, PDP got 03 votes.
In Ward 8 unit 4, APC 128; PDP 55, PPA 1; SDP 1 ; PPC 4; ADP 1; ADP 1. VOID 4
But the PDP won in WARD 9 UNIT 3, polling 64 votes to APC’s 41
APC also recorded a massive win in Ife SOuth. According to sources, APC led the PDP with a margin of 268 at Polling Unit 012 in Olode Ward of Ife South Local Government Area

Number of registered voters: 812
Number of accredited voters: 310
Number of rejected votes: 6
APC: 283
APA: 3
APGA: 1
PDP: 15
SDP: 1
UPN: 1
In Oshogbo, a traditional APC stronghold, the ruling party floored the PDP in Unit 17, Ward 5
The All Progressives Congress (APC) scored 299 votes.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) polled 165 votes.
