Lagosians are beckoning on former minister of education Dr Oby Ezekwesili to come to Lagos to clean the state even as she was spotted picking thrash at Kuje market in Abuja Wednesday.  Lagos has been at the center of a proposed change in waste management that has seen residents swim in filth as piles of rubbish have continued to be left in key centers of the city.

She believes that everything is not government.

In one of her ytweets, Oby Ezekwesili‏ @obyezeks she said: “Presidency is what worries some of you. Rebuilding A NATION is what matters to some of us. Have we not “seen finish” all that “you folks becoming President” has delivered?

“HAS IT BEEN WORTH IT? NO! WE must do THE MOST IMPORTANT. Overhaul the VALUES that RECRUIT our LEADERS.

Yinka Ogunnubi also tweeted “If there is one thing I learnt from auntie @obyezeks apart from her tenacity to stand by her convictions regardless, it is that “when anybody complements you, you should always say thank you”.
