Breaking: Sanwo-Olu Appoints Kazeem Alogba as Chief Judge of Lagos State

SWITZERLAND, JUNE 10 – The newly inaugurated governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has appointed Justice Kazeem Alogba as the Chief Judge of Lagos State. He will resume his duty on Tuesday, June 11.

The Lagos State Government(LASG) made the announcement on Monday morning via the statement below:

“In accordance with Section 271 (1) and (4) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (As amended), Gov. Sanwo-Olu has appointed Hon. Justice Kazeem O. Alogba as the 17th Chief Judge of Lagos State with effect from Tuesday June 11th, in acting capacity.”

Until his appointment, Kazeem Alogba was a Justice of the Lagos High Court.
