2019: We won’t waste our “precious time” on Buhari’s “mere show of interest”– PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party has said it would not “spend precious time” on Buhari’s “mere show of interest” in running for the presidency in 2019.
A terse statement by the opposition party said President Buhari’s declaration “is an internal affairs of his party, and that it would not be bothered “until he becomes the candidate of the APC”.
President Buhari made his declaration at the National Executive Council meeting of the All Progressive Party (APC), on Monday.
The president said his decision was an answer to the clamour from Nigerians for him to run.
