Petrolex-Kanu Cup: Premier League Masters trash African Masters 9-4

Kanu heart foundation has teamed up with oil company Petrolex, which is owned by Baba Ijebu’s son, Segun Adebutu for this charity match aimed at raising money for kids with heart conditions.

The game which was concluded a few minutes ago had Premier League Masters XI take on the African Masters in a bid to raise funds to build a new cardiac center in Nigeria which can take care of kids with heart conditions.

Some of the stars in the charity game include Thiery Henry, Robert Pires, Teddy Sheringham, Sol Campbell, Darren Anderton, Emile Heskey, William Gallas, Emmanuel Eboue, and Michael Essien, Osaze Odemwingie, Yakubu Aiyegbeni, to name a few.

The game ended 9-4 in favour of the PL team

Former Arsener coach, Arsene Wenger was there to add colour to the event.
