Nigeria Beats Benin 2-1 as Fans Criticize NTA Coverage

SWITZERLAND, NOVEMBER 14 – Super Eagles fans on social media have criticised NTA over its poor video broadcast of Nigeria’s AFCON 2021 Qualifier against the Republic of Benin.
Many football lovers in Nigeria wondered why the match was not covered by SuperSports, which is known to cover all major football events that have African audience.
A fan wrote: ‘NTA is the worst ever’
Another stated: ‘This is the worst broadcast ever’
During the match, a commentator even said Alex Iwobi is an Arsenal player which is false because he now plays for Everton.
