SWITZERLAND, JUNE 17 – Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, has approved the recruitment of one thousand (1000) teachers with B.Ed and NCE qualifications for specific schools in the state.
The state Head of Service, Dare Aragbaiye who announced the governor’s directive at a media Briefing in Akure on issues in public service said government will prioritze remitance of deductions in coming weeks.
The Governor also disclosed this via his twitter account.
He said two hundred (200) vacancies are for candidates with Bachelors in Education (B.ED), while eight hundred (800) are for NCE holders.

Mr Aragbaiye assured that Government will not retrench or slash workers salaries due to the dwindling resources as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic.
Leaders of the labour Unions appreciated the state government for the interface which they emphasized had cleared many misrepresentations on the activities of the Government and appealed that it becomes a regular affair.
