After 120 minutes, the match ended in a 1-1 and was stretched to penalties.
Earlier, a 62 minutes strike by Jonathan Kodjia cancelled Sofiane Feghouli goal for Desert Foxes of Algeria.
Geoffroy Serey Die and Wilfried Bony missed their spot kick for Cote D’Voire while Mohamed Youcef Belaili missed for Algeria.
