The All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) 2017, came to a grand conclusion yesterday, November 12 2017, with a glamourous award night in celebration of music stars from across the African continent.

The event, which held at Eko Hotel and Suites was anchored by international artist and producer, Akon and Sophy Aiida, a Cameroonian-French entertainment broadcaster.

Wizkid won three of the most prestigious categories: Artiste of the Year, Song of the Year, and the Best West African Artiste award. Other Nigerian artists who won big include Tuface, Ycee, Wande Coal, Orezi, Tiwa Savage, DJ Coublon, DJ Tunez and Adasa Cookey.
