SWITZERLAND, JULY 10 – The Lagos State Government has released funds for the payment of backlogs of stipends owed facilitators and instructors of the Lagos State Agency for Mass Education over a period of 6 months.
The Permanent Secretary of OSAE, Dr. Shamsideen Allison revealed that the Babajide Sanwo-Olu led Government released N63,189,000naira to pay for the backlogs which also includes Monitoring Funds.
The payment of the backlog salaries according to Allison shows the magnanimity of the present administration under the leadership of Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu and its resolve to further encourage the facilitators in the service of the state government.
The payment exercise which started on the 8th of July, 2019 will end on the 16th of July, 2019 and it covers 916 Facilitators and 51 Vocational Instructors.
